At Yorktown you can expect prompt, efficient and effective service, because we operate our own business out of our building. Most facilities have a single building engineer or manager. Often this person is responsible for multiple properties. Not so at Yorktown Offices, where our owners have had a presence in the building since we opened our doors in 1972. We take great pride in our facility and want to know immediately if a tenant has a problem that needs our attention. We think you’ll find our responsiveness more than adequate. We can’t say it enough . . . Yorktown Offices is situated in an ideal location. We are easy to get to by highway (both 62 and 494) but out of the way of rush hour madness. We have a wealth of nearby restaurants, from Panera and Good Earth to Crave and McCormick & Schmick’s (and everything in between). The upscale Westin Hotel Galleria is right across the street when you have out-of-town guests. The Southdale Library is right next door and the Hennepin County Service Center is up the street. For shopping, the Galleria and Southdale Malls make for convenient lunch-time excursions.
