Single Offices
Our Single Offices are most often a single space which will accommodate 1-2 people. They range in size from 100 sq. ft. up to 300 sq. ft. You’ll enjoy on-site management who will be attentive to both you and your clients’ needs. Your efforts are then dedicated entirely to YOUR business.
Executive Office Suites
Our Executive Office Suites are most often two plus rooms in size. They range in size from 350 sq. ft. up to 6,000 sq. ft. Most of our suites are between between 600 sq. ft. and 1,500 sq. ft. We easily accommodate small businesses helping you dedicate your efforts entirely to YOUR business.
Conference Room
Our Executive Conference Room is located on the main floor, across from the property management office. There is an oval table surrounded by 8 rolling chairs with large windows facing the atrium.
The room holds approximately 12 people.
Atrium
Our atrium is a signature feature at Yorktown Offices. It’s the welcoming space that greets you with an abundance of natural light when you enter and the community space where tenants, guests and visitors meet.
Offices adjacent to the atrium are enlivened with a sense of lightness.
